Are you going to mLearnCon 2013? We’ll be there. It runs from June 18 – 20 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, CA. Anyone who is involved in m-learning, from CEOs to IT coordinators, will find that mLearnCon has something for them. Among the keynote speakers is our own Tamar Elkeles, Qualcomm’s CLO, who will be speaking on “A CLO Perspective: Mobile Learning Trends and Applications.” She will discuss future trends in mobile learning as well as industry best practices, focusing on relevant and practical information about how to realize the full potential of mobile learning.
One of the most exciting parts of mLearnCon is Demofest. It’s a science fair on a grand m-learning scale. Anyone attending the conference can submit a relevant project, you don’t have to be a big company to be there. It’s truly open to all. Demofest showcases all the latest gadgetry, programs, learning support and real leading edge ideas. Attendees can move around freely to take in what interests them, and talk to the people behind the ideas. There is no need to book, just show up and be amazed at the creativity and innovation happening in your industry. Demofest is from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. PT on Wednesday, June 19.
